I have two questions for you.

    (1) I’m trying to create two opt in boxes – one on the home page, and one on a page where people can sign up for a workshop. I am trying to follow your instructions above, but do not see a place where I can select Mail Chimp (drop down’s only option is “other copy & paste”, nor where I can put in the field tag or tracking code. What am I doing wrong?

    (2) When I copy the HTML code from mail chimp following the instructions provided by mail chimp, three fields show up in my box – Name, Email, and a blank field. How do I fix this?

Thank you!!! Super helpful! Actually, adding the API code solved both problems! Thanks again! Your pop up forms are super easy to use – much easier than some others on the market. And I appreciate the assist in troubleshooting! Have a great weekend!
